How to use 

Step 1: Oral Cleanser (deep cleansing). Swish 5-10ml for 20-30 sec. Brush teeth with a soft brush, dental floss, tongue cleaner. Recommend to rinse again with Oral Cleanser for more effectiveness. No need to rinse with water. No need to use toothpaste.
